2. Place Your Order
Work with one of our Sauna Experts to select the sauna characteristics that match your vision.
- Sign off on your quote and work with your dedicated Sauna Expert to place your order.

3. Delivery
Our last mile delivery + installation partner will reach out to you within 5 business days after your order is placed to schedule your delivery and installation.
- KLAFS saunas are ready to ship and can be delivered 7-10 business days after your order is placed.
- Your sauna will be delivered to your curb or end of your driveway.
- Someone over the age of 18 needs to be present for delivery.

4. White Glove Installation
If you select White Glove Installation service, this is what will be included:
- Transport your sauna to the desired placement in your home.
- Take care of assembly & hook up to electrical.
- Test all the components to ensure full working functionality.
- Remove and dispose of packaging.
